Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Director for the East region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the regional business strategy and P&L management
Ensure execution excellence across the commercial ecosystem by meeting revenue and performance targets
Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture through coaching and leadership development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
5-7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in CNS/PSYCH/PEDS therapeutic areas
Cross-functional commercial experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech or related healthcare ecosystems
Proven experience managing a P&L and shaping business strategy
Strong coaching and team leadership skills
