Senior Business Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Leading the implementation and optimization of business processes, the full-time Senior Business Enablement Specialist will drive fundraising excellence through process improvement, project coordination, and systems enablement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage intake/request systems and oversee prioritization and readiness reviews for IT requests
- Map end-to-end fundraising workflows and ensure procedural alignment across teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and manage end-to-end process improvements for the Church & Influencer team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related functions
- Proven success in implementing and optimizing complex business processes and workflows
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Experience in fundraising or sales environments; Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications preferred
