Senior Business Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Ads Business Engineering team, the remote Senior Business Engineer will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding strategic partners through the integration of Reddit's advertising APIs while managing end-to-end relationships and driving innovative AdTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for strategic partners, guiding them through the integration of advertising APIs
• Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions to accelerate technical enablement and create value for partners
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex integration issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong track record of owning end-to-end technical projects
• Hands-on coding expertise in modern programming languages, focusing on backend or API development
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, and modern SDK patterns
• Proven ability to contribute directly to external integrations and prototype in partner environments
