Senior Business Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing high-volume labor certification cases in a fully remote environment, the Senior Business Immigration Paralegal will handle complex immigration cases, ensure effective document intake, and draft necessary immigration forms and letters while providing excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of high-volume Business Immigration cases (NIV, PERM, and IV)
• Draft and review immigration forms and letters based on detailed case analysis and deadlines
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing and status updates

Required qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically with employment-based petitions
• Experience drafting petitions for various NIV cases and green card processes, including PERM applications
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems
• Ability to manage large caseloads independently
• Strong interest in US immigration and a commitment to client service
