Senior Business Incident Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional response efforts, the full-time Senior Business Incident Analyst will coordinate rapid resolution of high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Host and manage business incident bridges to ensure quick resolution and proper prioritization of resources
• Communicate incident status effectively to various stakeholders and ensure thorough documentation of bridge activities
• Conduct post-incident reviews and track action plans to prevent recurrence of issues

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a large, complex environment
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Retirement industry experience, including knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma tools and concepts preferred
