Senior Business Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with stakeholders in the CX organization, the full-time Senior Business Insights Analyst will analyze data, build reporting infrastructure, and present insights to leadership in a hybrid work environment from the Chicago office.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve business operations through data analysis and execute analytical projects
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational outcomes
• Project manage complex analytical initiatives, contributing to strategic planning based on data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or support operations analytics
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards focused on support or operational metrics
• Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and BI/analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field
• Ability to lead and project manage complex cross-functional initiatives with a focus on data quality
