Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and report on success metrics for projects to evaluate performance and guide decision-making
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency in the mortgage origination funnel
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product leaders to translate business challenges into actionable, data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5-10 years of experience in an analytical role, using data to inform business decisions
• Strong bias for action with the ability to prioritize high-impact analyses
• Expert in SQL and business intelligence/visualization tools; experience with scripting and automation is preferred
• Deep understanding of core statistical concepts
