Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Contact Center Business Intelligence Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analytics to address business challenges and support decision-making
- Conduct operational analysis and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to improve customer experience
- Mentor and guide other analysts while managing complex projects related to customer experience and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling using large datasets
- 3 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience
- 2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
- Advanced capability with Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
