Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contact Center Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced analytics to address business challenges and support decision-making
  • Conduct operational analysis and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to improve customer experience
  • Mentor and guide other analysts while managing complex projects related to customer experience and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling using large datasets
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience
  • 2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
  • Advanced capability with Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
