Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability through best practices
• Organize and lead design, code, and process review sessions while serving as a subject matter expert
• Engage with stakeholders to document functional and technical requirements and provide data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data, analytics, technology, or business-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in employer benefits or a related field focused on analytics/business intelligence delivery
• Extensive experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau)
• Strong SQL query writing skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake
• Applied experience with Python for data analysis and automation
