Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort in partnership with the United States Marine Corps.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Marine Corps Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Office and the enterprise modernization team
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and validate operational needs across casualty reporting and mortuary affairs
• Analyze current workflows and develop future-state models to enhance mission performance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis for federal or defense programs
• Demonstrated expertise in business process modeling and requirements elicitation
• Experience working within Agile or iterative development environments
• Must hold an active Secret clearance
