Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers to quantify opportunity areas and define success metrics
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to support model development and data quality assessment
• Design measurement frameworks to track AI performance and analyze enterprise data sources

Required Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience with Epic Clarity or Caboodle databases
• Experience building production-grade dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, health administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare settings with familiarity in clinical workflows and revenue cycle metrics
