Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support the organization's data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will manage system and business analysis, ensure data integrity, and provide ongoing BI reporting customer support while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and document modifications to business processes and operational workflows
• Ensure data integrity and conduct quality assurance throughout the software development process
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and systems, addressing customer incidents and change requests

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field with four years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree with six years; OR Associate's degree with seven years; OR eight years of relevant experience
• Minimum three years of business analyst experience
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions for large-scale IT projects
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Cognos, Oracle, or Power BI
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects
