Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex financial data and executive strategy, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights, develop PowerBI dashboards, and support revenue forecasting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track customer and vendor behaviors, identifying trends for churn risk or growth opportunities
• Develop data-driven forecasts for interchange revenue and operational savings to support quarterly business reviews
• Act as an internal consultant to identify high-value areas for resource allocation, optimizing payment processes

Required qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and advanced Excel modeling; Python knowledge is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Financial Analyst role
• Experience presenting complex data insights directly to C-level executives or Department Leads
• Previous experience in the US payments industry (Interchange, ACH, VCC) is advantageous
• A strong attention to detail with an "audit" mindset, capable of catching discrepancies before they reach stakeholders
