Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming clinical and operational data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality reporting solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom reports within the Epic reporting framework
• Utilize Epic's reporting tools and Microsoft Power BI to create and enhance reports based on end-user needs
• Provide training and support to end users on utilizing and interpreting Epic reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Familiarity with Epic's reporting ecosystem and tools such as SlicerDicer and Reporting Workbench
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA
