Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will develop reporting and analytic solutions, manage self-service reporting assets, and educate users on data utilization while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents, and maintains self-service reporting assets while understanding ETL processes
• Translates business program needs into technical solutions, creating visuals, data sources, metrics, and automation from EHR and cloud reporting systems
• Provides advanced analytics to address systemic business problems and guides less experienced Business Intelligence Developers in workflow knowledge

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Advanced understanding of healthcare data, analytics, and workflows
• Experience with data models such as Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
