Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on building and maintaining scalable data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define business metrics, and architecting data pipelines and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and define key business metrics for scalable insights
• Design and build new dashboards while maintaining and improving existing data infrastructure based on evolving business needs
• Lead projects end-to-end, streamline data processes, and provide thought partnership to cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5 years of Data Analytics experience
• 5 years of experience coding in SQL, with knowledge of Python or other data scripting languages
• Experience with business intelligence visualization tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI
• 4 years of experience in process management and improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
• 3 years of experience in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure preferred)
