Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end delivery of business intelligence solutions, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will establish trusted KPIs, develop scalable models for self-service reporting in Power BI, and manage a small BI team while ensuring data quality and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BI delivery for prioritized business outcomes, including requirements gathering, modeling, and reporting
• Define and maintain KPI/metric definitions and reporting standards to ensure stakeholder trust in data
• Lead and develop a BI team, focusing on modernization and adoption of Microsoft Fabric while balancing delivery speed with reliability

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BI/analytics engineering, with demonstrated people-management skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) and the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI and SQL Server
• Experience in data warehouse/mart design, ETL/ELT, and semantic modeling; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
• Agile delivery mindset with strong planning and analytical problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
