Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support value-based care initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver data and analytics solutions, coordinate with clinical and operational teams, and develop complex visualizations and reports in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in population health, translating business needs into analytics solutions that drive quality and cost improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on population health priorities and manage project execution with clear ownership and timelines
• Oversee data validation and ensure deliverables meet governance standards while mentoring BI Analysts and Specialists in visualization techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in population health, analytics, or healthcare data, with expertise in value-based care models and risk adjustment
• At least 6 years of experience in delivering interactive data visualizations and gathering requirements from customers
• Proficiency in working with complex data sets using SQL Server, SAS, MS Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
