Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming data into actionable business insights, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze performance data, define reporting requirements, and develop narratives to support leadership decision-making across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, product, clinical, and client performance data
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify drivers of performance changes
• Define business requirements for dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, healthcare operations, business intelligence, consulting, or related areas
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
