Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Data-driven and collaborative, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead sales analytics initiatives remotely from Mexico, focusing on upsell and expansion funnel analytics, PMS integration health monitoring, and partnership success while designing scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across the upsell channel, mapping the sales funnel to identify ideal customer profiles and evaluate sales activities
• Monitor and report on PMS integration health and technical adoption to ensure seamless data flow for new products
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and revenue operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data structures to analyze sales pipelines and customer growth profiles
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day work independently and navigate ambiguous datasets
• Experience building positive relationships and coordinating effectively with team members and stakeholders
