Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on reporting and analytical tools, educate teams on data infrastructure, and lead projects to improve the self-service data ecosystem, with a hybrid work environment requiring 3 to 4 days in the office each month.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a domain expert for reporting, data infrastructure, and tools, utilizing Dataiku, SQL, Tableau, and MicroStrategy to improve efficiency
• Educate and train teams on data and reporting tools to drive organizational adoption
• Lead or collaborate on projects to enhance the business impact of the self-service data ecosystem and BI tools

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, Dataiku, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and ETL tools
• 5+ years of experience in bank card/credit card, consulting, retail, marketing, loyalty, and/or financial services
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and solving complex problems independently
