Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To lead analytics and reporting efforts around mortgage sales and lead performance, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Insights Analyst will design, build, and interpret reports that assist sales and marketing leaders in understanding opportunities from lead acquisition through funded loans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to measure sales and lead performance across various channels
• Transform and model data from multiple sources to create a unified view of the sales funnel, ensuring data integrity and readiness for reporting
• Analyze lead and sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing leaders

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mortgage lending or financial services with a solid understanding of the sales funnel and lead management lifecycle
• 5+ years in an analytics, business intelligence, or data insights role focused on sales
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard design
• Strong SQL skills for data mining and validation
• Ability to independently scope and deliver analytic projects with minimal oversight
