Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly independent Senior Business Intelligence Insights Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for owning analytics and reporting efforts around mortgage sales and lead performance, while leveraging advanced Power BI skills to deliver impactful insights and drive performance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and enhance Enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards to measure sales and lead performance across various channels
- Transform and curate data from multiple sources to create cohesive semantic models and dynamic measures for reporting
- Analyze lead and sales data to uncover trends and provide proactive insights to sales and marketing leaders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles, preferably in mortgage lending or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX
- Strong SQL skills for data mining and validation checks
- Proven ability to independently scope and deliver analytic projects with minimal oversight
- Deep understanding of the sales funnel and lead management lifecycle
