Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Owning Power BI reporting and analytics for the Digital business, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build reports and dashboards, manage a client-facing intelligence platform, and oversee internal operational reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and client-facing stakeholders, ensuring visual clarity and usability
- Manage the transition and enhancement of a client-facing reporting platform, implementing market intelligence features and automated alerting products
- Oversee internal operational reporting, including campaign pacing and budget tracking, while monitoring contact data health across business systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development, preferably in media or data services
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI report and dashboard development, including DAX and interactive features
- Proficient in T-SQL and experienced with cloud data warehouses such as MySQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments and familiarity with CRM reporting structures
