Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Delivering actionable insights through analysis and visualization, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and manage business intelligence solutions, partner with various teams to validate data, and apply AI tools to enhance reporting processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage complex business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources
- Automate reporting processes and champion AI-driven improvements within the BI function
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5-7 years of data analytics or related experience
- Advanced SQL, data modeling, and recognized Power BI expertise; experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous requests and recommend scalable solutions
- Advanced proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot, with hands-on experience in automating processes
