Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Lumen Connect digital platform and Ask Lumen AI initiatives, the remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will define success metrics, develop reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights to enhance product decisions and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain KPIs and measurement frameworks for Lumen Connect and Ask Lumen
- Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and SQL
- Analyze customer journeys and AI adoption to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
- Experience with dashboard development using Power BI or similar platforms
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics and reporting frameworks
