Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting leadership with data-driven insights, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze sales and operational data, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for decision-making across various business areas
• Conduct analyses on KPIs to identify trends and variances that inform process improvements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate data needs into report requirements and support ad hoc analysis requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in operations or data-related roles with advanced analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
