Key Responsibilities:

Drive meaningful insights and actions to improve operational performance across Customer Success
Partner with Customer Success leaders to define functional KPIs and build corresponding dashboards
Analyze customer data to inform engagement and intervention decisions

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience in analytics or Customer Success operations
Advanced Tableau development skills
Expert SQL knowledge used to analyze, modify, and filter data
Advanced experience with Salesforce.com data and reporting
Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and tell a story with data
