Job Summary
A business technology company is filling a position for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to understand short- and long-term objectives and author technical requirements to meet needs
- Build and evolve dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and analytic models that accelerate operations and strategic management decisions
- Define requirements and develop prototypes for data models in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Architect and Director
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of requirements gathering experience across multiple applications and business functions
- 3 + years of experience authoring complex data visualizations.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, testing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure business intelligence and analytic solutions in a high-volume environment
- Experience with Metabase and Tableau a plus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience using R and/or Python
- Experience with ETL, data modeling, data warehousing, and creating prototypes from broad requirements
