Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and deploy data analytic solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement BI reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, and SSRS
• Create data models and build functional data marts for in-depth analytics by stakeholders
• Maintain and extend the Epic Caboodle platform, supporting data governance initiatives and contributing to the data project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in database development and BI reporting
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data ETL concepts, including tools like MS SSIS and ADF
• Expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, and dynamic data visualization tools
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures and workflows, particularly from Electronic Health Record systems like Epic
