Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Developer will analyze business requirements, create technical specifications for BI systems, and design engaging dashboards while collaborating with healthcare data.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document BI system requirements in collaboration with BI architects
• Develop, test, and debug BI applications and ad-hoc reports, utilizing tools like Tableau and Cognos
• Provide data expertise and support to ensure data availability and performance for internal and external users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence analysis and development
• Proficiency in QlikView/Sense or similar technologies, including experience with data modeling and ETL tools
• Strong knowledge of SQL RDBMS and performance tuning in data warehouse environments
• Experience developing extensions in Qlik Sense and utilizing Qlik's in-memory data discovery architecture
