Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Leading data warehouse design and ETL development, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Developer will manage data analysis and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools while mentoring a team of BI developers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and improve data management frameworks to enhance data quality and standards
• Design and develop data mapping and ETL processes, along with data models for the data warehouse
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards among team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Seven or more years of experience in data analysis, design, and coding of data warehouse solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft BI Tools (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power Query, Power BI)
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
