Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build trusted tables in the data warehouse using SQL and dbt for various business intelligence use cases
• Lead dimensional modeling efforts, including requirements gathering, implementation, and delivery, while collaborating with stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert to enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards and self-serve tools

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Looker
• At least 3 years of experience using dbt for data transformations
• Strong technical abilities in SQL and knowledge of analytical data model frameworks
• Experience with version control using Git in a collaborative environment
