Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will work remotely to drive strategic decision-making, deliver scalable data models, and mentor team members while ensuring data quality and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise dashboards and self-service analytics solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting strategies
• Architect scalable semantic models and establish reporting best practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or related fields
• Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and enterprise reporting architecture
• Experience leading projects and influencing cross-functional teams
