Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on AI-driven analytics, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will design and build AI-augmented dashboards, utilize AI-assisted development tools, and ensure data quality and governance for reliable insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-augmented dashboards and self-service analytics experiences using Power BI and Looker
• Prototype and evaluate AI use cases for automated insight generation and anomaly detection
• Define and enforce data quality rules to ensure AI-generated outputs are based on trusted data

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant work experience
• 5+ years in data-related roles, with at least 2 years in Business Intelligence processes
• Expert-level SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Looker, and AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with applied ML concepts and data governance tools like OpenMetadata
