Senior Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

To lead the analytics transformation, the remote Senior Business Intelligence Lead will provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable solutions, focusing on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric while integrating data from Oracle EBS and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions
• Drive adoption and implementation of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse and Data Pipelines
• Define and execute the BI modernization strategy, including migration from OBIEE

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, including leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments
• Strong SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle EBS
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analytics solutions across Sales, Service, and Finance
