Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI analysis, data warehousing, or engineering
• 6+ years hands-on with SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and visualization
• 6+ years of people management experience in building and scaling BI teams
• 4+ years delivering BI solutions in e-commerce or similar high-scale business
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery
