Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary

To empower business users with actionable information, the full-time remote Senior Business Intelligence Specialist will independently analyze, design, and develop business intelligence solutions while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with business teams and IT leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Independently create solutions for accurate information delivery and analytics projects
• Analyze, design, and build reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence components
• Provide technical guidance on database design and lead the creation of data marts as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence with a focus on analysis and design
• A bachelor's degree in business intelligence, management information systems, mathematics, statistics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to write basic queries using standard query languages
• Familiarity with business analysis principles and project management methodologies
• Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and various data modeling strategies
