Senior Business Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Learning Specialist who will design and deliver learning experiences for the Premium operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate training programs using adult learning principles to enhance performance
• Maintain and update training materials in collaboration with management to ensure effectiveness
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and observations to improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• One or more years of training, mentoring, or processing experience in a Premium, billing, or insurance operations environment
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
• Knowledge of insurance products and familiarity with claims processing and billing procedures is preferred
• Strong technical skills with software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Experience managing customer relationships in a customer-facing environment
