Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Manager to run CISO Operations within the Cybersecurity Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business direction and execute business plans to ensure continuous operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee strategy execution and budget design
• Monitor organizational health and lead cultural initiatives while managing cross-team projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or related roles
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
• Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience
• Proven track record in designing impactful programs related to security matters
