Job Summary

Supporting the GVP of Product Delivery and Innovation, the full-time Senior Business Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights and operational guidance to inform strategy and execution
• Own the operating rhythm of the organization, including performance updates and annual planning
• Prepare strategic documentation and facilitate leadership meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment

Required qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable strategies
• Experience collaborating with product engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders in a fast-paced global technology or SaaS organization
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and customer success
