Senior Business Officer

Job Summary

Driving complex enterprise-level deals, the full-time remote Senior Business Officer will lead negotiations, manage contract drafting, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize value and build long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the framing and negotiation strategies for customized cloud transactions in partnership with sales and finance
• Act as the primary negotiator with client procurement and legal teams to establish win-win partnerships
• Review and draft cloud and software license agreements, ensuring clarity and rapid resolution of contract issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus JD and/or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating large enterprise cloud and technology agreements
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to cloud and AI
• General knowledge of applicable revenue recognition principles
• Experience collaborating with senior management on strategic decisions
