Senior Business Operations Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Operations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning processes and facilitate departmental events to enhance effectiveness
• Manage special projects, including cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Consolidate data analysis and reporting to evaluate budget forecasts and key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with digital tooling and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
