Job Summary
Focused on advancing Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement operations, the full-time Senior Business Operations Advisor will provide leadership support in business relationship management, strategic planning, and data analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and facilitate business management processes to enhance growth and operational performance
- Lead special projects and initiatives to improve efficiencies and evaluate best practices
- Analyze data trends and develop actionable recommendations for leadership regarding Medicare performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Supplement operations
- Strong knowledge of Medicare value levers such as Risk Adjustment and Star Ratings
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving various teams
