Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and resource capacity to provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvements
• Manage operational rhythm, data integrity, and resource allocation for the Global Services Team, including building analytics and dashboards
• Implement strategic frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance resource management and remove inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS business operations and analytics or directly relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting professional services metrics
• Proven ability to interpret analysis and provide actionable insights
