Senior Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems is preferred
