Job Summary

Senior Business Operations Analyst is a full-time position focused on optimizing business processes and supporting system enhancements by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support system lifecycle activities including planning, testing, and deployment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or data/reporting systems is preferred
