Senior Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will optimize business processes and translate requirements into system solutions while supporting the entire system lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
