Job Summary

Supporting the financial operations and reporting processes remotely, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will manage key inputs for financial recognition and forecasting while collaborating with finance and services teams to drive efficiency and company growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial recognition and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with system controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute financial close, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario-based analysis and cost modeling support

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS business operations, financial analytics, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and provide actionable insights from complex financial data
• Proficiency in tools for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on professional services metrics
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
