Job Summary

Leading consultative requirements gathering and conducting sophisticated data analysis, the full-time Senior Business Operations Analyst will drive operational improvements and support data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify analytical support needs and deliver actionable insights
• Performs advanced data analysis and modeling to generate prescriptive insights for the Retrospective Claims Auditing business
• Develops automated business tools and conducts ROI evaluations to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or operational excellence
• Proficiency in data storytelling and experience with SQL and large data manipulation
• Prior experience in business optimization and financial modeling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Microstrategy
